This notice describes what this website actually does with personal data. It is updated whenever the implementation changes.

Who we are

What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking. The only stored preference is your light or dark theme choice, kept in your browser.
- It runs no analytics, advertising or social-media scripts. Share links open the destination directly without loading third-party code.
- Fonts, scripts and images are served from this domain, not from third-party services.
What we process, why, on what basis and for how long

Inquiry forms send what you type to our own inquiry endpoint, which stores it and emails us. We use it only to reply to you. No marketing list is created from an inquiry. The acknowledgement email you receive does not repeat what you wrote.
Who processes it for us
- Amazon Web Services (S3, CloudFront): Website hosting and delivery. Region: United States (us-east-1) and global edge locations.
- Amazon Web Services (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, SES): Receiving, storing and acknowledging form submissions. Region: United States (us-east-1).
- Zoho Mail: Email. Region: India.
International transfers
Data is handled in the United Arab Emirates and by our delivery team in India, and by the processors listed above in the regions shown. Where personal data from the United Kingdom or the European Union leaves those areas we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable. Transfers under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law rely on the safeguards that law permits. The exact mechanism for each processor is being confirmed and will be stated here.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for it in a portable form, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may also complain to a regulator: the UK Information Commissioner's Office, your EU supervisory authority, or the UAE Data Office. We respond within one month. Email contact@softlander.co with the subject "Privacy request".
Search queries
Search indexing and matching run in your browser. Shareable search URLs can contain your query; opening or reloading those URLs may include the query in hosting request logs. Avoid putting sensitive information in a search query.
Changes
Material changes to this notice are recorded with a new "last updated" date. Because this site's content is version-controlled, earlier versions can be produced on request.
