About Softlander

Engineer. Enhance. Empower.

Softlander is an AI transformation and cybersecurity agency. We build AI systems and agents, prove they are safe to release, and secure the products, platforms and cryptography around them.

Three decisions that belong together
Strategy
Where should an agent fit?
Engineering
What authority should it have?
Evaluation
What evidence would support release?

Consider the workflow, the controls and the evidence as one system.

Our company

An agency built around consequential AI and security decisions.

Softlander Consultancy FZE LLC is an AI transformation and cybersecurity agency. We engineer AI systems and agents, evaluate and secure them, and deliver product security and cryptographic engineering for the systems around them.

Vision and mission

Engineer. Enhance. Empower.

Three words, one philosophy of service. They describe what we owe every client, in the order the work happens.

Engineer

Build it properly.

We engineer AI systems, agents, security controls and cryptography with the discipline of production software: explicit requirements, bounded authority, reproducible configuration and evidence that the system does what it should. Our vision is AI that organisations can rely on because it was built to be inspected.

Enhance

Make what you have better.

Most clients are not starting from nothing. We evaluate, secure and improve the systems, workflows and controls already in place, so an existing product, platform or agent becomes safer, faster and easier to govern without being rebuilt.

Empower

Leave your team able to own it.

Every engagement ends with usable artefacts, plain explanations and transferred capability. Our mission is to make our clients independent: their people can run, extend and defend what we built together, and the next decision is theirs to make with confidence.

Founder

Gaurav Tiwari, Founder

Gaurav Tiwari founded Softlander after a career building robust, secure software deployed across millions of devices: embedded systems, middleware, web backends, cryptography and security engineering, and most recently agentic AI development. That mix is why the method starts with what an agent can actually reach, not with what it says.

Principles

How we make decisions

A few principles shape the questions we ask and the work we propose.

Evidence before claims

What supports this finding?

Make the basis for a finding visible. Separate observations from assumptions so a decision can be examined, challenged and improved.

Scoped assurance

Where does the evidence stop?

Be precise about what was examined, under which conditions, and what remains unknown. A useful finding carries its boundaries with it.

The system is the boundary

What can the agent actually change?

A model’s judgement is not a control. We design and review the identity, permissions, isolation and evaluation that bound what an agent can do.

Reversible decisions

Can the next step be undone?

Adoption is sequenced so that early steps are cheap to undo and each step produces the evidence needed for the next.

Capability transfer

Can your team carry the work forward?

Design the work around usable artefacts and clear explanations that your team can carry forward.

Data handled with care

Where does sensitive material belong?

Client material, personal data and sensitive artefacts stay in approved systems under agreed protocols. Public content never draws on internal client records without permission.

Approach

The Release Evidence Method

Four stages connect an open question to a decision the release board can defend.

  1. Name the work and its owner.

Start with a real task, the outcome it should support and the people accountable for it.

  2. Bound what the agent can do.

Connect identity, permissions, tools, data and human review to the delegated task.

  3. Observe behaviour and final state.

Test meaningful cases and retain evidence of both the agent response and the resulting system effect.

  4. Choose the next controlled step.

Release, redesign, gather more evidence or narrow the intended use, with the limitation visible.

A little more clarity

Questions worth asking.

Start with the questions that shape a better decision.

Where is Softlander based?

Softlander Consultancy FZE LLC is headquartered at 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Sheikh Khalifa Street, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, with a remote workforce in India. We welcome customer and partner enquiries worldwide; travel and office meetings are by arrangement.

Why does Softlander combine assurance and transformation?

Agentic AI changes both the technical system and the way an organisation delegates work. Strategy, architecture, evaluation, authority, operating ownership and value measurement therefore need to connect to the same business decision.

How does Softlander turn evidence into a decision?

The approach defines the decision first, agrees expected behaviour and boundaries, examines the available evidence, records limitations and translates findings into actions with owners and revisit conditions.

Is Softlander a software vendor or a certification body?

Softlander Consultancy FZE LLC is a newly established specialist consultancy headquartered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, with a remote workforce in India. It is not an accredited certification body or a legal adviser.
