Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this site. This statement says what we aim for, what we have checked, and what we have not.

Last updated: 25 September 2026.

Target

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Until an independent audit is complete we describe it as partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: some parts of the content may not yet fully conform.

What has been done

  • Semantic landmarks, a logical heading order and a skip link on every page.
  • Visible keyboard focus, keyboard-operable navigation (the mobile menu closes with Escape and returns focus), search and forms.
  • Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA for text and interactive controls.
  • Form fields with labels, hints, inline errors and a linked error summary; status messages announced to assistive technology.
  • Content that reflows to a single column without horizontal scrolling; primary controls sized for touch.
  • Reduced-motion preferences honoured; no autoplaying media or required animation.

Testing status

Testing to date includes automated accessibility checks and manual keyboard review. The site has not yet been independently audited, and screen-reader testing across multiple assistive technologies remains incomplete. This statement will be updated as that evidence changes. Automated results are supporting evidence, not a conformance claim.

Known limitations

  • Site search and inquiry-form submission require JavaScript. Archives and content remain fully browsable without it.
  • Downloadable PDFs, where published, are provided alongside an accessible HTML version; the PDF itself may not meet the same standard.

Report a problem

If you find something you cannot use, email contact@softlander.co with the subject "Accessibility", or use the contact form and choose "Report an accessibility issue". Include the page address and what happened. We respond within 5 working days and fix what we can.

Content is available in alternative formats on request, for example a plain-text or large-print version of a whitepaper. If you are not satisfied with our response, say so in your reply and the founder will review it personally.
